Hey all:
Y'all might not be aware of this but another thing that you get from the
USCF (when you put on a USCF event) is the opportunity to give 6% of your
prize list to the USCF as a "fee". This is quite a bit of money for a
large event. Promoters who organize OBRA events pay no such fee and can
give money out to racers who attend their event as opposed to giving the
money to the USCF who will throw it down a well for you like they did all
the millions from the Olympics in 1984.
