Also I would like to add littering.

I was the follow car in the Masters 40+ and I stopped to pick up a thrown
water bottle out of this field. I didn't see who did it so you are lucky
from an official's point of view. The rule is, don't litter and that
includes water bottles. I know the Sheriff was going around the course
against the course and I am sure he wouldn't appreciate seeing these
actions.

Just a couple of thoughts about this weekend. We have to remember even
though we are only out at Hagg 3 days a year, the perception of the locals
last a long time. We can help by just watching a couple of things. After
you cross the finish, please try to get back to one lane as soon as you
safely can. Last week we had riders ride well past the stop sign holding
traffic and continue on in the wrong lane discussing the race. Once your
race is over, please get over. Also we saw several riders during their warm
down riding 2 and 3 abreast with cars being held up behind them. Please
watch out and when you have cars following form a single line and let them
pass. Anything we can do to minimize the feeling that we are intruding on
the locals will help. Thanks and lets hope for sunny weather and no snow on
Sunday
