Here's a great opportunity to work in the bike industry. Castelli is now
located in Portland and is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Person will be responsible for

* Answering incoming calls

* Working with Castelli retailers (sales, returns, product questions)

* Supporting sales staff and Castelli sales reps

* Managing the flow of sales orders (ensure orders get out on time)

Qualified Applicants will have.

* 1-5 years customer service experience

* Great attitude, people/phone skills, work well in team environment

* Computer Skills - MS Office plus other in-house applications

* Quick learner/worker

* Possess great attention to detail

* Flexible/Ability to manage large number of tasks

The Castelli office is in SW Portland near PGE Park and includes free bike
parking and a fitness center that includes stairs and a shower.
