Okay, I'll add my 2cents:
Smith's: I loved the Moab's but the lens don't have a scratch resistant coating and the scratch quite easily.
Bolle: Hated the ones I tried because they fog up to easily.
Oakley: Very expensive. Even for the insert type lens, you just about have to take them to an authorized Oakley dealer = more money.
Rudy Project: you can go either way here, with an insert or direct in frame. They also have a scratch resistant coating on the regular lens. However, this does not protect them from concrete or asfault

Smith make the best prescription sunglases you can get, Interchangeable lenses and the are the same frames as you would use without perscription, so if you get lasik you can still use them :)
