Hi, to all you people out there in OBRA land. This is Jeremy
VanSchoonhoven, I don?t know if you know me, or not. I race cross country
as a semi- pro and I am a Pro Observed trials rider. I am 18 years old and
have won the Junior National Championship in Observed Trials, I was on the
USA Cycling 2000 World Team and was the highest placing US trials rider at
the World Championships in Spain. I placed 10th in World! I am currently
in the top 3 Pro men in the U.S.A.
My current sponsor is having money problems due to the stock market, their
sales are up over 200%, but their stock has gone down from over 2.00 a
share to under a dime per share. As a result they do not have the money to
send me to the NORBA National Championship Series, the North American
Trials Series, or the World Championships. They said, I should start
looking for a new sponsor for the rest of this year. If any of you know
some one that might be interested in sponsoring me for the rest of the year

sponsorship and the team name would be decided by this sponsor. These
events are all at the highest level and have huge outreach on a national
scale.
More important, this sponsor would be represented at all the demos I do,
nationally and internationally. For example this year I have already done
high profile demos at Sea Otter, the Seattle Bike Show and more. This
week-end I will be doing four days of demos at the BoatNik in Southern
Oregon. Last year this event pulled in 80,000 people each day. I have
some large demos already booked for latter on this summer and will be
looking to do more.
It will cost about 8000.00 dollars for me to get to the rest of the races
this year, this would get me to all these big trials events and allow me to
do some local cross country races, here in Oregon. What I offer a sponsor
is exposure of their products in very fun and exciting settings. I will
do trials demos for them, and wear their jersey and have their name on my
bike and my pants, I would put up their banners at my demos, when ever I am
allowed to, there are many other benefit including TV and video exposure.
