Posting for a friend.
As her bike was just stolen, and realistically she won't see it
again, she needs a bike to commute to and from school with. Looking for a
road bike that will become her rain bike once she can afford to replace
her race bike.
She is 5'8" tall. Looking to spend $200 or less.
