In response to the spoiling I think the method is to embrace and encourage
this is the reason OBRA has such a high racer population for city size. As
far as placements no there is not a critical need to track lets say 30th
place, we as officials try to add this component when possible so a rider
can make some sense of where the were in a 75 rider field, which could be
important when evaluating personal training.
