A low income apartment complex in Troutdale with 300 children is trying to put together a "bike rodeo" for these needy kids.
They are looking for donations and volunteers.
They will be teaching bike safety in conjunction with the Troutdale Police.
There will be bike repair and maintenance, and a parade and obstacle course.
They are also hoping to raffle off a new bike.
The event is July 22nd.
