Shouldn't be too hard to find an annual OBRA license application that was
filled out on that day. (Unless of course the wasn't legible. But if that
person was really trying to pass a bad check I don't see why they wouldn't
have just gone for the one-day.)

On May 22nd Monday PIR a check was taken for $32 ($20 annual obra and $12
entry). This check was some sort of temp check with NO information on it to
contact the account owner. I even tried some handwriting match ups to
release forms (didn¹t work...) Of course check didn¹t go through and WaMu
account is closed and I cant get any more info about owner.
So, if you by some outside chance wrote a check and cancelled your account,
please contact me.
As a side note, if you have limited funds or are closing accounts, etc AND
writing checks AND think they wont clear, please choose not to race or use
cash only. Your registration is not welcome at PIR and probably most races
in Oregon. This seems pretty much like common sense, thanks for
understanding!
