Suze makes a track hub converter for Shimano Cassette hubs. I did this for my first fixed (it was made by Sub-11 then).
It's about $80.00.
My experience was good with this after I red loc-tited this. If you do a lot of backpedaling, it will tend to work the intenals loose. Once I red loc-tite'ed this, I had no problems.
If you don't have horizontal dropouts on this, you will need to fiddle wiht 1/2 link's and such to get the chain tension right.
So havin said this, you should be able to do a conversion for less than $100.00
