OBRA rules are usually altered or added at the annual meeting we hold in
January. I would like to offer a new one that will need a vote of each
official club representative to be added immediately.
It has been pointed out by this week's culprit that there is no actual
rule in the OBRA rules that addresses public urination (I would have
thought that exposing your gentials in public was enough. There is also
no rule about beastiality, pedophilia etc but I hope we can leave those
out of this discussion). I therefore propose this rule to be added. I
could use help with the actual wording so that the "on the bike" nature
calls are not included.
"Any rider not utilizing the provided restrooms at an event will be
subject to suspension.
