i had only used glycerol for one marathon. while i didn't think it
worked, i got a pr at that race. it was hot so it actually worked pretty
well when i think about it. hmmm. maybe i should try it again.
at the time i had to buy it from e-bay. nowadays, hammer nutrition makes
some.
