Northwest Peloton!

Mark your calendars for the 55th running of the Mount Tabor Circuit Race in SE Portland, Oregon. Oregon Cup race number 5.

You have tuned up your leg muscles during the Wednesday series and now is the time to put all of that strength to good use. Forza Jet Velo, a junior racing team in Portland, is promoting the race as a fund raiser to help with the cost of team uniforms and entry fees. All money goes directly to their cycling program. Cyclepath, located in NE Portland, is the main sponsor and will be supplying lots of cool "swag" for you to win throughout the day. Check out all the race details at www.obra.org and see where you fit in for a great day of racing.

Lots of junior rider opportunities!

Cash primes, medals, merchandise, and fun, for every category.

See you at Mount Tabor this Sunday.

Good riding,
Nathan Hobson

Hi,

Thanks for coming out and supporting Forza Jet Velo at the Mount Tabor Circuit race yesterday. Though the bark dust pile caused some stress it did not hamper our racing. The junior riders had a great time racing and helping put on the bike race.

A special thanks to:
Cyclepath
Custom Bike Love in Portland, Oregon 2808 ne mlk jr blvd #j M-F 9-7 Saturday 1-6 503-281-0485

for providing NUMEROUS primes for all the races and for supporting our junior program all year.

Also, thanks to David Zimbelman who donated a total of $450.00 in gift certificates to his new bike shop for the top three in each of the junior fields.

Steve and Debbie Truesdale both donated their time and expertise calling the race and providing the music.

Mike and Candi Murray both volunteered as officials.

Lots of Forza Jet parents, and Half Fast Velo riders, spent a long day in the sun making the race possible. Thank you!!

Good riding,
Forza Jet Velo
