Does anyone who has Comcast "basic cable" get OLN?

I've heard from a friend who has that package (I think ~$15.50/month)
and does indeed get OLN included.

However, I called Comcast today and they said OLN only comes with the
significantly more expensive package. I think they might be bluffing.

I heard OLN had to be moved to basic cable for NHL viewer requirements,
but I'm not sure if that happened or not.

Anyone?

Ok, I've had a lot of replies, all of them saying OLN is included with basic
cable. Some say it just showed up recently.
