I'm looking for a cheap commuter bike for my brother in law. He is 6'3", so would probably be looking for a 20 - 21" mtb or a 60cm road/hybrid. He isn't looking for a junker, but he also isn't looking to put in any more than 6 miles a day to/from work and school.
