Michael O'Hair

My PC has been infected with a "Downloader" virus and Norton AntiVirus has
located the file but can't remove it. I'm unable to delete the file because
it is "being used by another process." Is there someone out there who knows
how to deal with this? Contact me off line and we'll discuss ways and
means.
