This is a meeting for only board members. It is not closed, per se, but
there are not accommodations for attendance by the general membership. We
will be meeting at Edgefield and the room only holds 10 people.

A. Venue Protection
Proposal to limit number of events at a specific venue per
day. i.e. no short track at PIR Monday or Tuesday
B. Equipment
Equipment Manger job description and possible compensation
C. Officials
Proposal to increase officials wages for weeknight events
and events that require post race results (cyclocross, short
track, stage races)
D. Race Fees
Proposal to bring weeknight events in line with the same fee
schedule as weekend events
E. Executive Director
Exit strategy. Job description. Compensation. Divide
position into multiple fee based postions? Recruitment.
