A huge thanks to Sal, Co-Motion and all the volunteers and race officials who made this past weekend?s Co-Motion Tandem stage race happen. It was some mighty, mighty grand racing.
If you?ve ever thought of giving tandem racing a try I would highly recommend it. My fiancé and I had a wonderful weekend, got in some stellar miles and met a bunch of excellent people. Ive been racing single bikes for a long time and this had all the similar energy and tactics and just an overall really positive vibe.
And if any promoters are thinking of adding a tandem category, by all means please do, no whiners I guarantee.
