I really find this quite bizarre.
If you own a green backpack and raced at PIR on Monday three weeks ago, I suggest you look inside your backpack. Chances are you will find a black under-the-saddle tool kit, with a tube, ID, $5, muli-tool, tire irons, CO2, etc.
An OBRA official mistakenly put my kit into the wrong backpack. Three weeks have now passed, and no one has contacted me. The options are: 1/the owner of the mystery green backpack hasn't opened it yet (unlikely), or 2/opened it and decided to keep the took kit for themselves, thinking a cycling miracle fell from the sky (or OBRA official).
If the real answer is option 2, then I only have one thing to say: I hope you spent that five bucks wisely.
