During his press conference I think he said that he was tested 6 other times
during the Tour and 14 times outside the Tour.

Bingo. That's why I keep waffling on this. Any endocrinologists out there
care to speculate? Specifically, is a high testosterone level always going
to be present, or is it episodic? Is his body more likely to produce it
given the right stimuli (e.g. strenuous exercice, beer, sex, etc.)? Would
fatigue and prior stress have a cumulative effect and increase the body's
production of testosterone as a stress response?
