Well.. why dont we do the same thing for Road and Track as well?

Candi and Mike do a great job, but with Candi's impending retirement, I am
sure the incoming Director would appreciate knowing the good and the concerns
of the members of OBRA en toto.

I have a subscription to surveymonkey - same functionality as zoomerang
pretty much but our data won't go away and we can download the raw data for
analysis.

www.zoomerang.com, which allows you to design a free survey with the basic

It sounds like we have a lot of valuable data, but no real answers. It
might be in our best interests to send out a survey to all MTB license

customer service survey just might yield the information really needed

Candi,

I think sending out a MTB survey is a good idea. I doubt many people
would mail it back, but if it was sent out in the annual mass mailing
with a note to complete the survey online at the OBRA website, it might
get better results. And sending the final survey to the OBRA list
obviously.

I've come up with a some ideas for the survey questions below. I'd be
willing to take suggestions from the OBRA list for improving the
questions, finalizing the survey, and then tabulating the results once
it gets sent to OBRA land.

Are there any Web savvy OBRA-ites that could add some type of automated
survey to the OBRA website? I guess the easiest way would be to put
the survey on the website, and set up an email account to mail the
completed surveys to.

It sounds like we have a lot of valuable data, but no real answers. It
might be in our best interests to send out a survey to all MTB license
holders and find out first hand what would motivate them to race more. A
customer service survey just might yield the information really needed
at this point.

I think Todd has come up with some excellent survey questions and ideas!

The more avenues that people have to respond, the better. I love to do
things online, myself. However, I have come to learn that not all people
do.

My guess is that the people we really want to get feedback from are not
regular "OBRA CHAT" readers and contributors. The people reading and
responding here are pretty hard core.

The option to fill out a survey online (via the OBRA Site), as well as
fill one out manually will probably yield the best results.

I don't have anything to add to Todd's proposed survey and
unfortunately, a webmaster I am not.

Thanks

Greg
