Am I the only would-be rider who sits in traffic for 45 minutes between exits 300 and 306B, only to find out that I've forgotten something critical and there isn't even 30 s to gt t'th offcl rst rms? Is there some place to park and bike the rest of the way, because riding is faster than the highway? Where could that be, please help?

Take any of those exits, park anywhere ! You can park on any of the streets. I would aim more for west of I-5. maybe along a park. Then simply ride Interstate ave or Denver avenue up.
You could ride the max train too or take hwy 30/st johns bridge.
