Looking for a CX bike. 54-55cm. Around $300. I know, I am a cheapskate,
but this is for a part time beginner racer who is still growing.

May be willing to trade a Santa Cruz Heckler. Full suspension Mtn bike in
great shape with a Z-1 Bomber on the front. Has V-Brakes but mounts for
disks. This is an excellent Super D bike. It is a 1996 but has been
sitting in the garage looking bored for many years, just can't part with my
first true love I guess. If interested in the sell/trade contact me

I've recently moved to Portland, and would love to race cyclocross. This is
where you come in: I need a bike!

Not too picky on brand etc. Probably need a size 56. Prefer 105-level
components 9 or 10 speed ok. I'm ok if the bike doesn't come with wheels
(prefer that it does), but would definitely like to pick up some good
general-use cyclocross tires.

Budget is somewhat flexible, but I'm hoping to stay under $1k.
