For further clarification:
Once you have done the multiplication, you will have the total time elapsed
in seconds for 40K. Any decimal quantities represent a fraction of a minute.
So in order to make it more clear, divide the total by 60 to arrive at the
total minutes. Then subtract that number from your previous total as
dictated by George's formula. The difference is the number of seconds above
the last whole minute. So as an example: my time of 59:47 for 41K becomes
58:19 for 40 K.
