The Alpenrose 'Cross Clinics

Where?
The Alpenrose Dairy is located at 6149 SW Shattuck Rd., Portland, OR 97221.

When?
This year's dates are September 6, 13, 20, and 27--all Wednesdays!

Clinics start at 6:30pm sharp and end about 7:30pm.

Registration is open from 6-6:20pm at Alpenrose Dairy. Please don't be late
as daylight is precious.

How much?
Each clinic costs $5.00 paid in cash or with a check made out to "Team S&M".
Or, pre-register for the whole series: send a check made with a standard
OBRA release form to Sellwood Cycle Repair at 7639 SE Milwaukie Ave.,
Portland, OR 97202. BUT WAIT! Juniors (age 13-18) pay just $2.00, and Kids
(age 12 & under) pay nothing!

Why bother with pre-registration? Each time you show up, your name gets put
in the hat for the grand-prize drawing at the last clinic. However, if you
pre-register for all four nights, you get your name in the hat not four
times but five times! What a gimmick! So, what's the prize? Stay tuned!
And yes, you must be present to win.

Why?
Hone your 'cross skills with some of the top local 'crossers and most
experienced racers in the Pacific Northwest. Get measured practice first so
you can train properly later. Socialize with your brethren. Etc.
