Yesterday I had the most unfortunate incident of having my carbon railed Fizik Aliante saddle completely break off my seat post while riding. I was at the base of cemetery and about an hour from home. The nearest LBS along my route was Lakeside and I decided to stop in to see if they had a ti railed model in stock (no more carbon railed saddle for me). When I showed the saddle to Gordon, the owner, he exclaimed "that's unacceptable, take this one and we'll have Fizik warranty the broken one." Within minutes, Peter Drake mounted a new saddle and got the tilt and set back spot-on without even using a level. How'd he do that? I rode home without incident.

I want to publicly say "thank you" to Gordon, Peter, Jonathan and all the nice folks at Lakeside.
