I know that we have covered this before. But last night there were cat 5
riders in the 3/4 field at PIR.
You may not ride in a field that your membership card does not state is your
category. If you feel that your category needs to be changed then you can
apply to have that done by sending a letter or email with substantiation
that you should be in a higher category.
