Here's another well written article covering the tragedy. Please be
aware that the photo in this article is pretty disturbing- you get a
better sense of how horrible it was. It is sure something that I
never want to see again.

It's really sad and goes to show that even when we take all the
precautions that we can, things like this will happen.
