I'm not going to condemn Mr. Hit And Run Driver Towing The Red Boat
until he's proven guilty, but...the writer of the article in today's
Oregonian says the cyclist's injuries "weren't life-threatening." I
might condemn the writer for this wording, as the hit and run itself WAS
life-threatening. If it's proven that water was thrown from the passing
vehicle at the cyclist, this whole scenario takes on some somber
morbidity...
