HIGH DESERT
I'm sure I can speak for both my brother(Tim) and I in saying thank you to all
of this years omnium racers, volunteers, fans, officials, and most especially
the medical folks. We can certainly look back at the weekend and say that it
was a success. It was only with the contributions from each person involved
that we were able to have this fun, exciting, and sometimes scary event. The
response that we were hearing was very positive and that is what will motivate
us to host this race again next year.

This being our second year with the event, it is safe to say that improvements
had been made since last year and we look forward to making next year even
better. One last thank you to our sponsors for helping reward our racers for
their efforts...Bend Bike N Sport, Therapeutic Associates, Deschutes Brewery,
Strictly Organic Coffee, and the Taco Stand.

We are glad to hear that everyone is doing well that was involved in the crashes
and we look forward to seeing all of you back in central Oregon for the 2007
High Desert Omnium.

SKULL HOLLOW
The issue with skull hollow is simply a matter of timing. It is not something
that was said or done, it just isn't working out for this year.
