race on the race site($120) versus the advertised price on the
registration site($145) for the cat 3 men?

i have e-mailed Chad a few times but i have got no reply from him.
anyone know what the difference is?

and is the online registration the ONLY way to register? i wanted to
send a check today.

I think it's important to remember that Cascade is a Masters/Cat 3 race -

not a cat 3 race that is generously allowing a few masters to jump in. If I

was a 45 year old cat 2 with a full time job (which I'm not (apart from the

job)), I might not be that keen on racing 5 days, starting midweek, against

25 year old professional racers. I'll be doing Cascade as a 3 and will

relish the opportunity of some very strong competition from some strong

masters riders - and I bet a learn a thing or two about racing from them

over the course of the weekend too!

If your a cat 2 but also a master, would it be that beneficial to race the

cat3/masters race at cascade? I guess so if your not that good of a cat 2,

but as a cat 2 aren't you better than all of the 3's anyway?   People should



just use common sense good judgement and think before you send in your money



for a great race like Cascade Classic. I hope everyone has a good week of

racing and is ready for Cascade, it seems like this will be a very brutal

race.

I was recently given the green light on going to this race. I haven't been

paying attention to it as of yet. where can I find information on it?
