Thank you for your email. Bicycle World is in fact scheduled to air on
Fox Sports Network beginning in January of 07. The exact time has not
yet been settle due to Fox's commitments to their traditional local ball
and stick sports. We should have the schedule soon.

The request that was sent out to ask people to register on the site is
to show the bicycle industry and corporate America that bicyclists do
want to see their sport on TV.

The registration information is just for that purpose. It is also allow
us an easy way to notify registrants exactly when the show will air. We
are taking our own responsibility to generate viewership for the show.
Bicycling cannot wait for someone else to "discover" this great sport,
we have to promote it ourselves.

As a thank you for showing their support I have secured numerous
products to give away to our registrants. This is not in exchange for
the registration list.

I will be attending Interbike again this year (as I did last year) to
attend meetings with potential sponsors.

Unfortunately I cannot prevent nay-sayers from spreading rumors, I can
only wish them multiple flat tires and severe jock itch.

For the sport of bicycling to grow, it requires good souls like yourself
who take initiative to find out the real story and champion the causes
they believe in.
