Too much of a good thing can be bad! Daily cycling without adequate recovery
can create major physical problems. Excessive force imbalances can result in
chronic injury that requires significant down time. That?s the number one
reason for taking time off the bike to devote to cross training. And I don?t
mean cyclocross! It?s all about the mechanics. If you are suffering from
repetitive stress syndrome, it could be that your bike is improperly fitted
to your body. More and more top cyclists are using the Wobblenaught fitting
system with outstanding results. This year there were ten national
championships won on a Wobblenaught fit. These riders represent various
categories ranging from juniors to women to pro mt. bikers. Jeremiah Bishop
had his best season ever after using Wobblenaught, culminating in an 8th
place finish at the world mt. bike championships. Take a look at some of the
other names: Team Lipton riders Meredith Miller, Laura Van Gilder, and
Kristen Armstrong (arguably the best female rider in the U.S.). Luna team
member Georgia Gould also rides with Wobblenaught. There is 24 hour national
champ Rebecca Rusch. More local riders have switched as well. Just ask Omer
Kem, or Kenny Williams, or any number of guys who finished ahead of you this
year. The proof is in the results. If you don?t want to get dropped when the
hammer goes down?you need to be ready with the best fit in the industry.
Don?t wait until next year. All those winter miles should be done on a
Wobblenaught fitted bike. The cost is $150 and group discounts are available
for a team of 5 or more. Call to schedule an appointment now! 503-330-5531.
