To Washington County:

When will something be done to fix the intersection at Helvetia road and West Union? Who is the right dept/person to contact for attention? Last week's death of a cyclist illustrates a continuing problem for both cars and cyclists. Only a week or so before that tragedy, I passed through that intersection finding a cyclist sprawled on the roadway having had an encounter with a car. I pass through that intersection every day and am always fearful given the dangerous curve and hill, which obstructs vision in opposite direction. There are several accidents there a year. The intersection is particularly confusing given the off-shot from West Union to Southbound Helvetia.

I suggest a traffic light or at least making the intersection a four way stop.
