The off-leash area was removed when the Park was renovated. There no longer
is any provision for off leash dogs, and anyone doing so is violating the
law. At present, the only park with a permitted off-leash area is the park
is Gabriel Park in Southwest Portland on Vermont Street. Of course that
does not take care of the problem at Tabor.

on a leash at Mt. Tabor Park.
