OT: last day to register to vote?

Y'all:

Can someone tell me if today is the last day to register to vote in the
upcoming election? I THINK it is, and I THINK you can mail it in -- the
state of Oregon site seems to imply that you can (see below). But I'm
riding over at lunch to drop mine off one way or the other.

"Your county elections office will mail you a card to let you
know that your registration was received. If you are registering in
Oregon for the first time, your completed voter registration form must
be postmarked by the 21st day before an election in order to vote in
that election."

If you need to change your address or register, Oregon has one handy
form, which can be found at the link below. All ya need is your Drivers
License/ID number, and the last four of your SSN.

If you're in Multnomah County, you'll need to ride over to:
1040 SE Morrison St.
Portland

Washington County:
3700 SW Murray Blvd.
Ste. 101
Beaverton

Lane County:
275 W. 10th Ave
Eugene

Further election offices can be found here:

If any information here is wrong, it's because I'm woefully uninformed
and not due to any sort of nefarious purposes -- I'm sure some BTA
person can clear things up.
