If you are not signing in or PAYING to race cross or any other event you are not covered by OBRA's liability policy. It is worse than stealing a race from Cross Crusade or any other organizer. It goes deeper than that. You put OBRA and yourself at risk for possible damage down to others. Now I want to believe & will assume that you forgot to sign in after you pay. This happens a lot. But thought I would let you know if you are not paying for racing, you are stealing and you are not wanted. Maybe those folks don't subscribe to obra but you might...
