I'm curious as to the need for yet another foundation when the programs that
have already existed have eaten up massive funds with no national caliber
results. Nor have any of the previous orginizations provided a track record
of offering scholarships that I know of. Which junioprs are the kids that
will qualify, most of the top performing juniors we have are the kids of
racers that up to now have not shown any specific need for financing of this
type. As a parent and coach who has struggled beneath the wait of these
suedo orgs' who take all the bread off an already limited plate I say it all
looks good in words' but lets share the love and let some new folks belly up
to the trough. I f you have already eaten more than your fair share seek out
those who have been excluded ffrom this private money club and see if we can
really change some of the faces of American and world class cycling. Just my
