Vittoria Randonneur tires have reflective sidewalls, too.
At the risk of getting a flat now on the way home tonight, I will go ahead
and say that the Randonneur gets my vote for "best winter tire".

Speaking of reflectiveness - I have a set of 26" tires for my commuter
MTB that have reflective sidewalls.
While riding in the dark and rain nothing says "bicycle!" louder than
two big glowing hoops.

Hey, speaking of tire tread, I have recently observed a really cool
sight: on my wet Michelin Carbon 23s, with the slick tread pattern, if
you look very carefully at the leading edge of the front tire, you can
see a reflection of the bright fall leaves currently dotting the
pavement! (Don't spend too much time checking this out, as this convex
mirror won't help seeing larger objects out there, like parked cars, etc!)
