Kruger's Crossing CX (Sun Dec 3) - UPDATES

A couple updates for all ye folks who are counting down towards the last cyclocross race of the season, this coming Sunday at Sauvie Island (just 20' outside Portland).

1) Yesterday, a couple of us went out to pre-ride the course and finalize the course lay-out. Despite the weather of the last days and weeks, the course still looks great and the corn maze is still standing. I posted some photos and the tentative course map on our web site at: http://www.portlandracing.com/cx/photos.html

2) To make it easier on our registration volunteers, we encourage you to pre-register for the race (see our web site for details) and save $5 off the regular race fee. The official deadline for pre-registrations is tomorrow, but if you send in your waiver and check today, you're fine.

3) Parking: Kruger's Farm can accommodate about 250-300 cars, which hopefully will be plenty (assuming that not everyone who races will be there all day). However, it would greatly help if you consider car-pooling with friends.

4) DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR BIB NUMBERS!!! We will use the Cross Crusade bib numbers, so please makes sure to bring them with you.

That's it. If you have any questions, check our web site or just shoot me an e-mail.

We're looking forward to seeing you all on Sunday at the farm!

~Kris
