Attn Event Director - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - Calendar listings are a
two-step process
We are in the process of updating our event calendar for our 2007 EVENT
GUIDE edition of RaceCenter Northwest Magazine, which will be direct mailed
to over 50,000 active runners and multi-sport athletes in the Northwest.
We DO NOT guarantee that all events submitted will make it into the calendar
in our 2007 Event Guide due to space contraints and the massive number of
entries we receive for listings. However, for $35, we will guarantee that
your calendar listing will appear in that issue ($50 for 3-7 events; $75 for
8+ event listings). Please indicate when you submit the information below if
you will be sending a check to guarantee your listing. Events who purchase
advertising in the Event Guide automatically receive a guaranteed listing.
If you are interested in receiving information about display advertising,
please indicate below as well.
NOTE: Current RaceCenter NW advertisers and AA Sports, Ltd. managed events
DO NOT need to pay for their listings, but the DO need to submit their
events via email to ensure their listings will appear in print.

NOTE: This form does NOT automatically generate an online listing for your

STEP 2)
A new online calendar was launched in 2006 on RaceCenter.com, which requires
event directors to create a username and password to submit their event
information to be listed on the RaceCenter.com online calendar. Once events
are submitted, then they are reviewed and posted within several days of
submission. If you have a change to an existing event, this change can be
administered by logging into the Event Manager and making the correction. If
you have not yet created a username and password, please click on the link
on the login page that says "Create User Name and Password..."
NOTE: Corrections must also be approved before they will appear live on the
online calendar. Again, if you are making a change to an existing event and
wish that this change is also reflected in the print calendar (if applicable
to any of the fields listed above), then this change must be submitted by
email to calendar@racecenter.com in order
to ensure that the correction will be made in the print version of your
listing.
