a few years ago I had a frame sandblasted and powdercoated at Portland
Powdercoating (check phone book... it is in SE portland) for about 120.
They did a great job and it still looks great. TOUGH PAINT! It was an old
Nishiki raised chainstay steel frame... good hack bike and fun to ride.
Color fx sounded pretty good as well. I know there are other places as this
has been mentioned on the list before. Good luck... remember to ride it
after it is all nice and pretty.
