The only reason why I am responding to these messages is because I am on
winter break and it is raining up in the mountains.

I think that an accident causing major injuries can be blamed on other
racers. A cyclist can injure themselves while avoiding another potential
accident. And at the same rate another cyclist can crash into another
cyclist that is on the ground already.

Racing is that way.... it is a community sport and needs to be shared in
all aspects. We might even encourage further cautiousness and reduce
accidents.
