Washington, I have a number of questions regarding the permitting process.
For example:
What were the biggest hurdles?
For races in Multnomah County, what specific issues did you have to address
in the Special Event Permit regarding impact on public right-of-way?
How many months/weeks did you have between the submission of your permit
application and the event date?
