I have what I believe to be a great idea in getting an indoor track in
Portland.

I propose partnering with the Rose City Rollers women's roller Derby league!

They have been 'performing' to sell out crowds at the expo center and if
we could come up with a velodrome on the outside and a roller derby track
on the inside we could put together quite the evening of entertainment
featuring
people going around in circles!

Just a thought!
