Hi, I am fostering 2 wonderful dogs from the Multnomah County shelter who
need homes. I have had them both for over 3 weeks now and they will make
great friends for some lucky person out there. If you are interested in

Ramona is a female black lab mix (maybe with a terrier) with beautiful white
markings who loves to play, is curious about everything, and is incredibly
well-mannered and obedient. Her age is difficult to determine. She has a
high-energy level and could be as young as 4 or 5, or several years older.
She is about 40 lbs, house-trained, spayed, and has all shots. She was a
great companion over the holidays and I did not need to worry about her
snowshoeing, in the vacation house, or in the car. She will fit right into
a loving household. It will be best for her, however, to not be placed into
a home with children under the age of 8.

Foghorn is a one-year old male St. Bermard / German Shepherd mix. He has
floppy ears, huge feet, and is a mix of black, white, and tan. He is about
100 lbs right now. He has a puppy-level of energy and is excited to play
with other dogs all the time. However, typical of a large breed dog, he is
also one of the most mellow puppies I've ever met and is incredibly
friendly. He was named Foghorn (after a cartoon character) at the shelter
because he was afraid to walk on hard surfaces and is a big chicken about
new things, but his personality is really beginning to show now that he is
in a home. He is house-trained, neutered, and has all shots.
