Good morning everyone,
Thought I would throw this out there, if anybody has any equip laying around they want to sell let me know..I am looking for different types of Plyometrics & core strength fitness training equip. Plyo boxes......Micro hurdles......Medicine balls of all types and weights....Jump ropes......Rocker boards.......Therapy balls.....etc etc.....
