Three racers from Oregon have been selected to go to the Cyclocross World Championships in Belgium: Erik Tonkin, Rhonda Mazza, and Carson Miller. Since all these racers were coach's selections for the team, they get to pay for the entire trip: airfare, lodging with the team, and a share of the expenses like support staff. All the racers know that it will cost them to accept the invitation to represent the USA at the World Championships, but it is still a big expense. None of these Oregon based racers are paid professionals. They take time away from work or school to race.
If you would like to donate some money to help defray some costs these racers are going to incur any amount will help.
Send any tax deductable donation to OBRA and clearly identify that the funds are to help the CCX Worlds Team. Any checks should be written to OBRA. Here is the address:
