It's been a rough winter in Portland, so now is a good time to think
about getting some sun in California!

Join Peaks Coaching Group Elite Coach and co-author of the new book,

Technology/, Hunter Allen, in beautiful Marin County, California for a
week of learning how to maximize your potential!

This will be an intermediate/advanced camp. This camp will emphasize
more advanced skills, longer distance rides (at least one day will be
95+ miles), faster paced rides and more intense workouts. Power meters
are highly recommended (but not required) for use by all campers to get
the most out of this camp. Power meters will be made available for use
if you don't have one. Also, there will be new and demo units made
available for purchase at a discount at the camp from Quarq Technologies.

The camp will cover the following topics: Climbing, sprinting, time
trialling, group and break away riding techniques, mental training,
tactics and strategies, flexibility techniques, strength & conditioning,
technique analysis, nutrition and also feature guest speakers.

Your day will be packed with things to do. Here is a sample day:

* 8-9 a.m. Breakfast
* 9:45 a.m. to 1 PM Ride -Length of ride will depend on day and topics
scheduled to cover. One day we have a double ride scheduled.
* 1pm- 2:30pm -Lunch- Mechanic will be working and making adjustments on
bikes, as we eat.
* 2:30- 5:30 PM. -- Afternoon training programs, one on ones with the
coaches, massages or free time to just take a nap.
* 6:00- 7:30- P.M. - Evening Program, Guest Speakers, video critique, etc.
* Dinner

What the Camp will entail:

* One on one power consult with Hunter Allen and Adnan Kadir
* One on one performance consults with PCG Coaches
* Video analysis of your riding technique and style
* Opportunity to have your power meter files reviewed by expert coaches
* Training recommendations and analysis of you as a rider
* Power and/or heart rate training zones to take with you
* Full-time mechanic support - clean and adjusted bikes every morning.
Just like the pros!
* One half hour of free massage. (Additional massage $60 per hour by the
BMC Pro Team camp soigneur)
* FOOD! This includes food on the road, lunch and dinner. Any dietary
restrictions can be easily accommodated.
* Full Sag Support during rides
* Discount on the purchase of a power meter by Quarq Technologies
* Incredible coaching and beautiful riding!

The cost for the Camp is $2399 per person and will include all meals and
lodging and all the other great things mentioned above. Lodging will be
at the Ralston White Retreat in gorgeous Mill Valley. Private rooms
available for a nominal fee. We are only accepting 15 riders for this
