Chris Brandt
Hi,
I'm selling my Specialized Epic, complete. I love this bike and have
replaced it w/ a new one. You will love it too, if it fits! If you are
not familiar with this suspension design, it rides like a hardtail
until you hit a bump, where it instantly eats it up, then immediately
returns to that efficient hardtail feel. Though slightly heavier, it
actually climbs amazingly well. This is the bike that broke my
hardtail stubborn-ness. It is also the first full suspension design to
win a world cup XC race. First by Filip M. (on dope), then more
recently ridden to fame by Christophe Sauser and Liam Killeen.

I wasn't going to have pedals on it, but could sell you a pair of used
eggbeaters for cheap. Or a pair of new Shimano ones $35ish. This frame
has been raced at the semi-pro level for three seasons. Thus, there
are a few scratches here and there from normal use. Well maintained,
and parts replaced frequently to ride like new. The fork was
overhauled 1.5 years ago and has no issues whatsoever w/ air loss or
oil leakage.
Email me for more info. Thanks for reading.
